I appreciate that the sub is more for physical tabletop gaming, but I wondered if posts about the game Tabletop Simulator are welcome?

I've used it for several years to test and tinker with game ideas and have put out a few games, battle maps, and general utilities over the years.

Anyone else here using it for their tabletop gaming needs?

I use tabletop simulator to play with my boyfriend and to be quite honest it is the best way to experiment with new game ideas and have fun with people abroad. The kinds of custom games people make really amaze me at times, and it makes for cheaper entertainment for folks who don't have the kind of money (or space) to buy a physical table-top every time they want to try a new one.

I've really enjoyed using it! Most of the things I end up making aren't "classic" tabletop games, like this remake of the Flash game Castle Wars. It's a card-battle game, but relies heavily on 3d models, animations, and explosion particle effects.
