I passed my cell and molecular biology paper (which was pretty hard and mostly irrelevant to my consumer food sci degree ) and found out that the one paper I managed to pass during the year I was fucked up by SSRIs means that I've already met all the requirements for my minor!
What's a consumer food degree like? What kind of stuff did you study/research?
So far I've mostly just been learning how food works at a chemical and biological level with a bit of food marketing/product development thrown in but in the next few years I've got a couple of sensory science papers, a decent bit of statistics, and a year-long product development project!
