I have been using this FOSS for a little over 5 years now. Absolutely hands down best password manager experience I've ever had. I cannot think of one downside to this software. Easily used across all of my devices seamlessly.

I would argue that 1Password is a bit more polished, and it seems to more consistently auto-fill passwords and 2FA for me on various websites. I find myself having to manually copy and paste more with Bitwarden.

However, I do appreciate that Bitwarden is open source, and I could self-host it if I became more paranoid. I use 1Password for work and I could actually get it free for personal use because of that, but I choose to pay for Bitwarden's family plan instead. Still working on convincing all my old people that a password manager is necessary, one day I'll get them....
