The uploader deleted it so their drones can make social media posts claiming it was censored to generate more buzz and make sure everyone knows it exists.

The number of Ukrainians willing to risk death in Ukraine probably outnumbers the amount of russians willing to risk death in Ukraine, regardless with 30+ million population you can build the strongest army in the world manpower is not the most important resource.

I always considered Vanilla to mean default and not "boring". I feel like only a minority of people interpret it that way and even fewer use it that way.

Going from bg1 to bg2 and ending it with the throne of bhaal expansion is an experience akin to the mass effect trilogy, and with a satisfying(imo) ending. Bg1 is perhaps a good game but i wouldn't call it great, you CAN start with bg2 but then you'd miss out on the full experience i would at least consider making an attempt at the first one.

As for advice, for bg1 you should get everyone in your party using ranged weapons to start with because they're super squishy at lvl1 and the enemies you encounter will also be low on hitpoints, you can transition into melee after you get a level or two and some good armor. For bg2 i think combat is super fun and while more complex it's also less up to the rolls of a single die because everyones level is much higher. If you're not into the combat there's story difficulty settings, some people say they enjoyed the game that way but it would feel empty to me.

Modern battles are much better. No 3 months of travel needed, just dig a ditch and the explosives will do the rest.

Skyrim. You CAN pay attention to what's going on but you don't have to, just look at the pretty landscapes while listening to your podcast and follow the questmarkers.

Really unique but i never finished it, didn't like the exp mechanics encouraging me to do strange things to minmax(i optimized the fun out of the game).

I enjoyed it on release, i never bought into the hype and knew the game wouldn't be what i had hoped for already, keeping my expectations in check is really a superpower when it comes to having fun with videogames for me.
