Yes they can. The vote will not show up logged in from your instance but it will show up on the instance the user votes from.
I read long ago you had to get malware on the air gapped machine first to begin with, and then it's only accessible within a few meters. Also it can't be accessed through walls. That was years ago though, maybe it's changed now.

Looks like it's running an amlogic chip. The only experience I have with linux and amlogic is the radxa zero. I've got a few with armbian and one with openelec. They are solid. I wonder if this gets a mainline kernel or not? I like the design.

Telegram is good for citizen journalism (like what's going on on the ground in Gaza and Ukraine), funny videos and memes, tech support, and casual conversation. Never privacy though.
