I second the joint ADHD/ASD group as symptoms can overlap and many people can have both. It could even be broadened further to be a general mental health or disability community if needed.

Not sure about SMS but for VOIP I've heard of Crazytel, Siptalk and MaxoTel from Whirlpool. As Lodion said, check them out since they'd know much more about it than I do.
I did read about that a few days ago, though it doesn't stop the concept from being unnerving. I'm too used to being cautious with my data.

For a joint ADHD/ASD group, people usually refer to it as AuDHD so that would be my first suggestion. I don't really have any other suggestions past that.
