Last watch addition of the year. I fell in love with the photos but this specific version was a limited edition and sold out. I saw a listing on eBay but it quickly rose to beyond what I wanted to pay, a few days later and I got it for well below MSRP.

I’m still waiting on the bracelet but so far this is exactly what I wanted ever since I sold my Nomos club.

This watch seems like the perfect travel companion, it’s so versatile with its proportions, dial, and specs. It’s also not terribly expensive so I’m taking my chances with it in a trip to South America.

I’m noticing a lot more posts about farer lately and honestly they are knocking it out of the park with their design language.

That’s gorgeous. Is it a true GMT movement?

No, it’s a caller GMT.

It’s not, this is a cheap Barton rally strap. It came with an awful orange strap but I ordered the bracelet from Farer so should be here soon.

Ironically, as someone who also recently bought a Farer on eBay, I contemplated that exact same listing. (Went with the Discovery red 36mm instead)

Also bought the bracelet which arrived surprisingly fast. Flew through customs, which doesn’t always happen (Though lol at Farer listing the strap as a £20 “gift” on the customs form)
