What's the best thing right now or what you're getting into next?

I'm thinking about giving poke bowls a try. They're pretty good in warm weather but I've never made them myself. Seems like a good quick bite as most things can be prepared in advance. Anything good tips I should know about?

I've been meaning to make some tikka masala sometime in the near future; it's been ages since I've had some good Indian food. That or a big breakfast thing of bacon and eggs and biscuits/gravy. I've got a load of leftover chili to work through first, though.

I'm making a Basque-inspired fish stew using pollock fillets. It definitely isn't authentic but it's easy, flavourful, and really nice to dip a crusty bread into. I've made it several times and love it (though I always tweak it by replacing the olives with capers).

Here's the recipe if you're interested.
