I swear back in the 90's they were working on the Ben White/I35 exchange, and my job moved me away. I came back a decade later and turned on the news to see them talking about the exact same construction project. It was hilarious because in the news story you only saw one guy standing there with a shovel. Ten years and it was like I hadn't left. So yeah, maybe my grandkids will see this improvement. Now if they attach a toll to it, it will roll out within the week.

I think people in that area fought against a lot of those changes, or at least that's how I remember it. I could be wrong. At any rate, that's something they would do :P
