Had a 8 room Saw style sub-basement beneath a nice unassuming small 2 story house in the suburbs which housed random townies I would invite over and then trap for the purposes of torture, sexual deviancy and to sate the eventual blood lust brought on by the madness of the old ones.
So nothing major.
