You got it right honestly. People need to look out for counter-intelligence movements that would like to round up dissenters by coaxing them into fake revolutionary movements.
I think that this is a two part plan if we are to assume that they are Russian accounts undermining the vote. Since they won they now move on to setting up a fake little resistance movement that they can sell out to the dictator when he assumes power.
Russia did it many times in the middle east. This isn't new really.

These bad faith actors on this post stink of a very specific brand of propaganda and sabotage. Think before you latch onto an idea of a catalyst for revolution. Is America just going to arrive on a beautiful new ideal to change their world into what they would like. "Communist revolution" or any sort of historically guided terminology is almost guaranteed a fake movement guided by dog whistle phrases. They want to sucker you into this so the public can be manipulated with the news of it's catastrophic results.
