You say that but I've heard concerningly many people say that there is no point in teaching everyone stuff like basic math because chances are they won't use it

Yup, checks out lmao (I got CPTSD)

God, it's so exhausting to constantly be paying attention to the smallest changes in people's "energy". It has probably made others annoyed with me more than anything else

Not a universal rule, however. Theres the whole concept of "optimizing yourself out of the fun" and what not in video games. Or the hardships being part of what makes a game fulfilling. It depends on what your goal is

How many times does this have to repeat before we can't limit the damage anymore

They are also incredibly transparent on the discord. Feel free to join it if you want more information about the game and chat with the devs

Other people bagging stuff for you is a thing? I have never seen it in my life in Europe. Unless you have a disability then to me it just seems like adding extra work to the workers for no real purpose

Really, we should just work towards keeping the world population stable and bring everyone out of poverty

Not that we have to try particularly hard, the population is stabilizing off by itself

We're 8 billion people on the planet, we aren't running out anytime soon

Damn, how the hell do I find out about this on Lemmy before my local news??

Well, the actual reason is that I was inside a building at the time and didn't hear it, haven't checked the news, and didn't go through the area this time.. but still lol

Anyway this sucks :< trams are good pals
