My hot take is that Gen Z is less tech literate than Millennials and it's almost entirely due to iOS.

Landlords should have to pay income tax on their rental properties regardless of whether they're rented out or not. in c/personalfinance@lemmy.ml

Fyi, what you want to say is that we should have a wealth tax. I agree with you on that. We should also tax stock holdings similarly.
