Note: This does NOT seem to be like last time where a sizeable chunk of the windows community is crashing too. If you look at the bug megathread almost everyone reporting crashing is using linux

Issue was fixed on live, but not on PBE. Please open the subreddit, there's no guarantee this is a riot issue (kbin.social)
 

Still cant get ingame on pbe.
