Getting Instagram and TikTok would be interesting but I can see how it is a bit unlikely to be possible.

Edit: It seems someone has done an Instagram one called pixelfed

I'm really glad we're not all just jumping onto the next centralised platform. It makes me hopeful for this system.

Dystopian is an apt description. It does look like something straight out of a black mirror episode. A lot of recent technology is really embracing the uncanny valley feeling.
