How can I open ports on a shared ethernet connection? (alien.top)

I have my PC hardwired to my router and I have a usb to ethernet adapter. I run that ethernet cord to my xbox and I shared my PC connection with the xbox. Sometimes my NAT will change to moderate on te xbox.

How can I open ports on the xbox IP address? I dont think I can do it in my router settings?

Can I ping an Amazon game server to check my latency? (alien.top)

I know I can do this on cloudping.info but I want to ping specific AWS server IP. I get 100% packet loss when I try to run the command in my router
