So many other things can become alcohol. Not sure if they're saying a boring potato can be more because potatoes are amazing. They can be chips, fries, mashed, jacket, Mr, dauphinoise/scalloped/gratin, latke, boiled! It's so versatile!
I thought the same thing, turns out all i can do is become burnt out.
Mashed potatoes > toxic solvents imo.
Anyone with a decent memory, lots of money, and the ability to work for free for several years can become a doctor.
