I'm typically more concerned about the condition of the bark on the trees than I am about any structures on the property so it's nice to see when they're up front about the things that really matter.

This feels like malicious compliance.

Like the photographer was told they must stand in the very corner of the yard even after they pointed out the tree was in the way.

This feels unintentionally artsy. Like at some point the house is going to be demolished in the background, but the tree will remain.
