I don't recommend Pure Tuber since it's not open source and have banner ads if I remember correctly, and why Invidious got contacted while this lives freely on the Play Store says a lot about it, maybe sells our data to Google surprisingly it has no trackers based on ClassyShark3xodus but still be wary, don't use vanced/revanced too

fuck mas gusto ko pa nman sa invidious aside from malinis na interface, pwedeng magsub kahit walng account at imbes na youtube comments pwedeng reddit ang i-view mo, though reddit now is ughh ang problema lng walang caption sa invidious unless mag freetube ka
from what I remember Invidious have captions maybe just the instance you visited, you can also subscribe to any channels you want in piped and it also has sponsorblock and ryd integrated, what I'll miss there is the ability to dl videos it's very convenient di mo na kailangan pa magbukas uli ng tab at mag search ng yt downloader
i just use yt-dl for downloading video/play list using my scripts with predefine parameters

the thing about youtube, invidious/sponsorblock/ad block works because not everybody is using it. the moment na maging significant ang total number of user ng mga namention ko vs sa di gumagamit it will stop, kasi di naman talaga free ang youtube, they also need revenues, they don't run on donations.
tignan mo yung nangyari sa vance though na gawan nila ng lusot which is revance, I never used it pero thats the point.
kaya minsan ayaw ko, minsan naman gusto ko irecommend yung tools above.
You're on point but using these tools before they die is also the correct time to take advantage of using them and I'm confident that vanced issue taught so many developers to fork projects before they get sued and shutdown the original, it can also result on much better project after, look at Z-Lib their service is much better now they'll give you your own Z-Lib domain for free so that shutting them down again is much harder, also the original vanced is not foss that's the reason I think no one forks the vanced app and able to revive them
vance issue bukod sa naging target sila due to being popular, they are brought down via legal issue parin ang alam ko kasi modified version siya ng original youtube app, so yung revance is not a fork but totally new app, I might be wrong, thats what I remember eh.
I downloaded the invidious and invidious documentation repository bago ma-takedown.
Ngayon, paki git-clone nyo ang repository bago ma-takedown ni YouTube (dalian nyo!) at i-save mo sa computer/telepono nyo!
