Undetermined routinely insists it isn't English and that I can't post it. And, to be fair, while english is my only language, that doesn't mean I'm Neil Gaiman or something with it. Maybe it just has exceedingly high standards?

Anyway, I was curious if there was a way in which I could set the Language default on posts and comments to English.

This whole language thing, that is new to version 0.17.2, is so confusing to me. Therefore, I don't want to provide you or anyone else any advice. My suggestion is to head over to Lemmy Support and inquire there. The Lemmy developers have helped me several times using this method.

My inability to interact with strangers in a support setting is too high. I'll probably just build a grease monkey script like a weirdo, haha

Edit: Real talk, asking for help is stupidly hard for me! It shouldn't be, but it is. Boo!

It looks like the Lemmy developers are working on something here.

I really love language tags, and yes, a default option would be pretty neat.
