The billboard at the centre of the firestorm features a picture of Alberta Premier Danielle Smith posing with U.S. President Donald Trump, along with the words: "Tell Danielle! Let's join the USA!"

Citizens can fix it real quick. My little town had a pro Zionist billboard that lasted about 3 days before being destroyed. Shame on us it lasted that long.

Lol this moron forwarded reddit comments to the FBI... the same FBI that is getting gutted by Trump.

I think they have much bigger problems than a whiny snowflake and his tiny ego.

Best joke? He sent it to an agency that has no enforcement authority in Canada. Goes to show how delusional they are, thinking we're already part of the US

Glass bottle, rag, and gasoline. Problem solved.

It's Alberta after all; gas is cheap there.

Napalm is easy to make. Molotov that shit.

I'm pretty sure the general public could take care of this stupid sign.

Let me strike y'all a deal

Canada takes the western US seaboard and northeastern states down to NYC. US takes Alberta. No backsies.

No. I don't want to have to drive through the USA to get to BC. Let them have the South of Alberta. Call it North Montana.

Spot Ads, […] says the advertisement does not violate its standards.

There are rules, and there are ethics.

Is it lawful to put up a sign like this? Sure.

Is it right? Nnnnnnope.

We should make things as financially painful for this company as possible. Scope out all of their signs, then do a blitz across their clientele, accusing them of going with an anti-Canadian advertiser. Try and make this hit the news, with those other businesses being β€œinterviewed”. Hit them right in the pocketbook.

As mayor there isn't anything he can do about it. He might be able to persuade the town council to have fuck off taxes for the site of the billboard though.

As a private citizen there's lots more we can do, though. Somebody out there probably should.

"...calling it "treason," "an embarrassment" and a "disgrace."" Yeah, because it is. Fuck these treasonous bastards.

If you love the US that much, how about you migrate there and don't drag the rest of us kicking and screaming with you?

You wanna bet that guy is making bank, it is Alberta. Hopefully he has no real plan on actually talking to Smith or the Buffalo Party.
