But for anyone who hasn't checked it out yet, the second season is titled, "The Missing Pieces." Becuase the manga ends in the same place season 1 did. Season two will just be some of the stories and bits that were left out from Season 1 to fit everything in a 13 episode anime. Obviously Horimiya was popular enough the studio knew people would want more, even in this awkward manner.

For anyone who was aware of all that...any idea where the new episodes slot in? Was that announced anywhere? I'd like to rewatch the whole thing and just bounce back and forth as the new episodes release.

I don't think they have given a complete list of what will be included. For the first two episodes it is as follows based on a quick scan of the manga. I don't really have the time to go through the whole first season, but as you can see from episode 1, they are likely to jump around a bit.

It is unfortunate that the new stuff isn't even easy to slot into the old, since it jumps around chapters so much. But I guess that gives me a general idea for it. Maybe as the anime airs, I'll try to take your list and update it for anyone else watching.
