I can't guarantee I'll remember, and as a heart patient, that much exertion is not in the cards for me, but I'll come down for the meet n greet!
Not a Dr but maybe an Ebike would be good for you if you need to lightly exercise your heart. You can adjust how much assist it gives and still get out and go places.
