What is the point of the MacPro? (self.apple)

I fail to see the purpose of a MacPro over a Mac Studio.

I know it has pci slots, but can someone tell me how they will realistically be used? Used in a way that can't be done with thunderbolt.

The pricing seems absurd compared to a Mac Studio.

All the things you listed that a Mac Pro may need used for seems like it would be better and cheaper Linux Server. Do people really use Mac Prius for networking? The only thing I can really get is if they use them in a Final Cut render farm.
