Is execution on the table for any of this?
I highly doubt it, there's only been one person ever executed for treason and that was in 1847. And, He's not being charged for treason but rather under the espionage act. Which technically has capital punishment as a possible charge, but he's more likely to get prison time instead which is a max of 10 years per charge. So if he's nailed on all 37 counts that's 370 years. But i doubt he'll live long enough to complete even one sentence, the man has never exercised in his life and lives off of McDonald's hamberders and Adderall, It's a miracle he's alive now.
