I don’t know why, but I always want or need to bake on days that are hot or humid.
Resident weirdo checking in.
This weather is good for yeast cookery - buns, bread or cake. Not good for pastry.
I think I will make some naan bread then

I get that with hot days, too. Probably due to being stuck in the house and looking for something to do.
