Both are approx. the same price, but I'm not in the market for two.

My wrist is 6.75in, so I think either will work, but the 39mm (1815) probably fits slightly better. I Love the moon complication of the saxonia, but I think I like the overall look of the busier dial of the 1815 as its easier to dress down. I also think the movement displays better on the 1815.

Which would you prefer?

What do you mean by wearability? I personally prefer the saxonia but am partial to automatics…the 1815 up down is beautiful but I’m also not a huge chronograph fan. Really can’t go wrong either way though…

Neither are chronographs. The 1815 has small seconds and power reserve sub-dials. With a 72hr power reserve auto vs manual really doesn't matter. The manual in the 1815 allows it to be a little thinner and more elegant.
