I've been using Weawow but wondering if there's anything better lately. Preferably free or low cost and without ads.

Seconding Today Weather been using it for quite a while now

I really like that it it has the ability to have transparent backgrounds on its widgets and has several widgets to choose from.

Being able to choose which source you want you weather information to come from is also nice.
