You can collapse a comment with a long press. Personally I think the long press and short press functions should switch.. or be toggleable in settings.

Tabs on the comment page, before the comments, that you use to select the instance.
An extra "+ 2 other instances" text on a post that reveals the other instances on hover/click.
I have almost zero experience with bing chat, but I hear good things.
When I used ChatGPT for maths solutions it absolutely chose the "confidently incorrect" style. Even stating things that made no sense or are easy mistakes.. "as 7 is the largest prime", for example.

That's the difference between username and display name.
My username is Mallard, which shows up as @Mallard, and I've set my display name as Mallard too, which shows up as Mallard (without the @).
