Nice write up! Dwarves are cool. Rock and stone to the bone! Were you inspired by the Minotaur set review person?

This doesn't seem accurate at all. The census itself doesn't display this info, is it from their website? Race is self reported so I don't get why a origin map is relevant. Also, the US census does not consider hispanic/Latino to be a racial category. Folks who select that option for ethnicity are ALSO asked to select race seperately.

For folks who haven't read it before: Andy Weir's 'The Egg'

I've been really enjoying this set, it seems a bit slower and more complex to me than the last couple. All the colors except green seem decent and even the aggro decks need a lot of synergy to function well.

I went 7-1 with this Dimir Descend deck on the back of [[Aclazotz]] and two Uchies. The playset of [[Echo of Dusk]] was really good - turns out a 2 mana 3/3 lifelink is pretty dece.

Yeah, free tier only lets you have 3 total calendars and there is no color coding available so it's limited compared to Google which is what I was leaving. But export/import was seamless and it seems a good stepping stone to replace the one-click cloud megacorp offerings. Your stack seems perfect for when I have the time to get Nextcloud going.

I haven't stepped up to using Nextcloud or my own hosted server, so I'm just using Proton Calendar. The free version is pretty limited though.

Le Guin prose is exceptional and would be nearly impossible to bring to screen well. I'm sure it will be tried at some point. Maybe a dark horse, but I actually think The Lathe of Heaven might be the most adaptable. It's the simplest story and has plenty of room for exciting changes and visuals in a film.

For folks reading through these comments, it's called DeArrow and is also crowdsourced, so the more users the better!

I feel like this card is absolutely nuts but I think this is just where we are for creature power creep. Over half the time, this is a non-legendary one mana 2/2 with counter synergies that basically surveils 1. The other option is a 1 mana creature that draws a land card. Those would both be insane if printed straight up.

The downside is you do not get to choose. ETB draw a card creatures usually only get played in blink decks or with other synergies (spirited companion in enchantments) and 1 mana 2/2s only get played in stompy or aggro decks. I think you try this in stompy with [[Tribute to the World Tree]]

Very very good for limited. At first I thought it was common and was scared - I'm having a hard time telling the rarity from the set symbol with this one and have to reference the footer a lot.

This original design has grown since the beginning of the event, mostly through placement by PixeIOrange@lemmy.world and mokpo@lemm.ee

I just think it's been cool to watch a design grow that isn't for a fan-group or external logo or previous r/place movement.

As Yemen with Mamluk government I was able to stack some pretty good advisor discounts. I didn't even have Innovative.

Just thought I'd share this creator who has really helped me learn the mechanics of Vicky 3. Since this was my first game in the series, I had a hard time initially translating my deep EU4 knowledge to the game. This series reminds me in some ways of the old Reman's Paradox videos that taught me the economics of EU4.

I haven't watched any of their other content but the tutorial-style vids are easy to understand and a breath of fresh air from some of the more clickbaity channels out there.
