Two I really enjoy are Index Card RPG by Runehammer, d20 done nice and light.

The other is Breathless by Fari Games, it has a free SRD and tons of games for it released under the Breathless Jam https://itch.io/jam/breathless-jam/entries

I take a look at the excellent The Monster Overhaul by Skerples.

Get it from Drivethru RPG: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/421868/The-Monster-Overhaul

I use these Exhaustion rules instead of the ones from 2014 edition. They are not as brutal as original rules and use them alot more than I did the old Exhaustion rules.

-1 per level for all attacks/saves/checks/DC, -5 speed per level(min of 5ft speed) Additionally 1: 0 2: No Reactions 3: 1 Action or Bonus Action 4: Can't Ceoncentrate, Max 1 attack 5: Fail all Saves, Vunerable to all Damage

Nice work, always handy to have another resource...and a good use of AI Chat doing the summaries.

The Lord of the Rings 5e game has a pool of Inspiration shared by the entire party called the Fellowship Pool (this is in addition to Inspiration for individuals). It can be spent by anyone in the party to roll with Advantage. The pool is set by the number of players, who their Patreon is and certain Feats (called Virtues in LOTR). The pool can also be spent to trigger special events with their Patron.

The points can only be refreshed during the Fellowship phase which is the players downtime between adventures and covers periods of weeks so typically happens 2-4 times per year. It works really well for the Tolkien style of 5e....it is the only 5e game where all 6 of my players have bought the Rulebook!
