Why not? Talk to the teenagers in Russia. I doubt many would be even aware. Nor that they'd care, claiming "well it was worse under sovok"

 

In light of recent news regarding USA lifting the ban on using their weapons to strike Russia, this happens. Using a Russian news source, as I've not seen western media report on it (if you have a link, please share)
