It’s possible that the enforcement of a rate limit isn’t because of AI scraping, but rather because they failed to migrate before the June 30th deadline.

I don't know a lot about what this means, but why does it feel like elongated muskrat is trying to kill the company?

Because he never wanted to own it. He just tried to manipulate the stock to make some money by pretending wanting to buy the platform but when he tried to back out they forced him to buy the platform. He then ended up with a platform bleeding money that he paid a huge amount of money for.

If he wanted to kill it, he wouldn't be flexing Twitter getting the most number of active users every other week.
