I witnessed the almost turquoise fireball while on a walk with my dogs. Since reporting it today morning, the event report features two pretty good videos of the meteor.

Oh that's a cool site. Should have figured something like that exists.

I've only seen one "proper" meteor that wasn't just a small streak, but it wasn't nearly as dramatic as that one

Mhmm, this one was my first "bigger than regular shooting star" meteor that I have seen and I'm really glad I went on this night-walk when I did.

Me and my girlfriend got really lucky on our university, we where sitting while it was night talking about random stuff when we both manage to catch a glimpse of a shooting star, there was a big crowd around but I think only us two saw it since everyone else was busy doing other stuff.

The importance of being aware of your environment imo.
