I've lost 10 kg in three, four weeks eating raw vegetables. You can eat very large quantities of vegetables, and you can use large quantities of olive oil without negative effect on weight loss.

And you got all your protein from peas and chickpeas?

Peas, chickpeas and lentils are very strong protein sources, no problem. Athiopian and arabic cusine is very good in legumes, very tasty!

I started to substitute rice / pasta with chickpeas in tomato sauce , etc. using Turkish recipes. Very tasty

Hopefully not raw beans and chickpeas (that would be poisonous)

I love veggies but honestly, raw is my least favorite way to eat them. I'm all about roasting them up with some delicious herbs and spices!

Don't neglect your cheap protein, stranger. Eggs and sardines in particular. Ain't no fat sardine eaters.
