Just installed, and oh so much better! Feels a lot more like my fave Relay for Reddit. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and contributions.

I just got into this whole Lemmy thing yesterday and installed this app a few minutes ago. Wow! For an alpha I'm incredibly impressed so far. Keep up the great work. I'm a former Android dev myself and if my schedule ever opens up more I'll be sure to contribute.
Loving the app experience so far - sure it's a bit barebones/rough around the edges but has all the core functionality and a great reddit alternative.
I was using the Play Store version before switching to this. In my inbox, the feature to go directly to the message has disappeared, as well as being able to mark messages as read individually. Now I have to tap on the post name to go to the post instead of the message.
Not complaining, but that feature was useful to me. For an alpha, Jerboa is doing great.
Amazing how fast things are moving, love to see all those new contributors !
Can anyone help me figure out how to log in on jerboa? All the buttons tell me to log in... Except for the settings which has an about and settings about look the look and feel...? Where's login?
Also, while I'm asking questions: is there a way to /ignore certain sub...verses (app or web)? I don't see it in the drop down but maybe I'm looking the wrong drop downs?
For logging in: in the app you should see a button in the top left corner with three horizontal lines (you might have to scroll up, as that header disappears when you start scrolling down). That should open a little segment that shows you are an anonymous user, and there should be a sign in button below that.
Can't wait for the comment sorting feature to be pushed through
