Alternatively: Firefox for Android + uBlock origin addon works well for me.

Unfortunately, there's no Sponsor Block addon for Firefox Android.

I'm using NewPipe now after Vanced finally quit working for me about a month ago and it's great and sooo lightweight but I'm definitely missing some features from vanced. However, I'd rather kill myself than pay for YouTube premium and NewPipe is free so this is not me complaining.

I'm using InnerTune, another FOSS option, in place of Vanced music and again, works great just missing some features.
