I've successfully moved from bed to couch and applying a heat compress to a couple of bruises on my leg. You ever completely forget how you acquire bruises? Scary.

Fairly frequently. Until I worked out that I was hitting my shins on my bike pedals every time I started off after a traffic light. One doesn't bruise, but 3 or 4 in a row does create a bruise. Upper thigh bruises were desk corners at my office. Changed the way I move through space and problem disappeared. Arnica works.

Desk corners are the devil. I suspect that was what it was but it's just incredible how the memory seems to be completely wiped from my brain almost instantly.

I have multiple small bruises on my upper arms and one just below my boobs, have no recollection of getting them but I know they are from work.

Goodness. That sounds hectic. Hope they go away soon.

I have a bruise on my hand that I found yesterday and I just... have no idea how it got there.

So yeah... happens quite often.

Good to know it's not unusual and not just me
