There's no law against cooking people's raw chicken for free for them.

Not yet, just wait for the next "freeloader" scare.

I've seen more than a couple "man arrested for giving out free food" stories in my time. I suppose if the man is giving out salmonella you gotta stop it, but that's usually not what's happening.
