I've been searching a lot and the only free imap I found was gmail, hotmail, and Vivaldi.net. So yeah, lots and lots of dealbreakers everywhere.
I had no idea that Vivaldi had a mail service. But you must use their Vivaldi browser to access it, huh?
@Dymonika no, it's a normal free webmail. It also comes with a blog and mastodon account. The only verification to be able to use the webmail with imap is to be active on the mastodon account for a couple of days - just to prove that you are a human. And it works very well, been using that for over a year, recommended.
