For Pride this year, I'll be basically be topless (nipple tassels/pasties). That will be fine once I'm at the march/fair, but I've realised that I have no idea how I'll go actually getting to Pride.

I'll be travelling on public transport, and I'd rather not carry around extra clothing if I can avoid it, as it will just be something else I have to carry all day!

So, am I likely to be fined or arrested? Or do I just suck it up and bring a top that I end up carrying around with me?

I'm sorry I can't really answer your question itself; I'm really not qualified to, but could you wear a long sleeve shirt/light jacket, then tie it around your waist when you're done with it? Or would that still be in the way?
